CoolSculpting® | Zero Downtime
CoolSculpting is a completely non-surgical procedure that makes it easy to return to your daily routine immediately after. This treatment delivers freezing energy to stubborn fat cells. The freezing energy crystallizes and damages the fat cells; once they have ruptured, the body flushes them away, leaving behind significant inch loss. The areas that people usually treat are the abdomen, legs, arms, and even under the chin. However, we can treat almost any area of fat. If you can pinch it, we can treat it! Coolsculpting sessions take about one hour per cycle. Optimal results usually appear four months after your completed treatment plan. Clinical trials have shown that patients can lose up to 24% of fat in the targeted area.
DiamondGlow® | Zero Downtime
DiamondGlow is one of the most popular services at Twin Ports Dermatology. DiamondGlow is a hydra facial that uses a diamond tip to simultaneously exfoliate, extract, and infuse the skin. This treatment takes about thirty minutes to complete. The results of this hydra facial are seen almost immediately, being smoother and clearer skin. This treatment is great to have before a wedding or pictures because it makes your skin glow!

Laler Hair Removal | Minimal To Zero Downtime
You may be a good candidate for laser hair removal if you want hair-free, smoother skin without shaving or waxing. After the treatment, you can continue with your day, but the treated area may appear pink and feel tender. At Twin Ports Dermatology, we use Candela’s Gentlelase Pro gold standard technology to perform our laser hair removal services. This technology is over 133% more effective than traditional lasers used for laser hair removal. Laser hair removal can be ideal for unwanted hair on the face, legs, arms, armpits, bikini lines, shoulders, back, and more! Laser hair removal is best suited for people with medium-to-fair skin tones and hair that is darker than their skin tone. Depending on the targeted treatment area, these treatments usually take around 20-45 minutes.
Injectables | Minimal to Zero Downtime
At the Med Spa we also offer different types of injectables. Some injectables (Botox®, Dysport®, Daxxify®) reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and others restore plumpness and sculpt the face (lip fillers, cheek fillers, Sculptra®, etc). All the injectables have no downtime, but you may see bruising, tenderness, and redness at the injection site. These are only temporary and will disappear within a few days after you get treated. The injectables usually take around fifteen to thirty minutes to complete.
