Twin Ports Dermatology has cutting-edge laser and light therapy services. Our GentleLASE permanent hair removal laser technology is 133% more effective than traditional lasers used for laser hair removal. We have the only Alexandrite laser in the Northland. This laser is the gold standard at removing hair because it allows us to go deeper to target the melanin in the hair shaft & damage the hair shaft. We can also treat lighter hair, as long as it is darker than your skin. Therefore, you will get the best hair reduction possible. This device also offers a Dynamic Cooling function, which sprays cryogen onto the skin just before and again just after a laser pulse to help with comfort.
Our Skin Rejuvenation Advanced (SRA) laser is more advanced than a typical IPL or BBL, as the SRA laser is equipped with the added bonus of Radio frequency (RF). This allows us to target deeper into the skin while the RF stimulates new collagen growth. The two combined leave you with superior results. The SRA treatment helps with sun damaged skin, brown spots, age spots, skin redness, rosacea and broken capillaries. It can also treat ocular rosacea.
