To be respectful to our other patients, we ask that patients arrive 15 minutes early for their appointments. This allows us enough time for check-in and paperwork, ensuring patients see their provider at their scheduled time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at Twin Ports Dermatology, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you don’t attend your appointment (no-show), are late, or fail to give us a 24-hour notice of canceling/rescheduling, you will be charged a $50 fee, which must be paid before being seen for your next appointment.

We appreciate your understanding and punctuality. No-shows are incredibly costly to a small clinic such as ours and prevent us from scheduling patients who need appointments or surgeries. If you are running late or need to cancel, please call us at 218-302-1000 to let us know. Even if your call is after hours, please leave us a message so we know of any changes you need on the following business day. We are happy to accommodate you.

Refunds on retail product must be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or Med Spa credit only. If a product is returned after 30 days of purchase due to an adverse reaction, a full refund will be given as Med Spa credit only. There are no cash refunds.

Cosmetic treatment results vary and are not guaranteed. Refunds are not issued for any cosmetic service(s) performed.

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. If your return is due to an adverse reaction, you will be refunded on the credit card used or given a Med Spa gift card for the same amount. For any other circumstance, we may be able to offer you an exchange or a Med Spa gift card of the same amount. Under no circumstances do we offer cash refunds.
