Dermatologist
Are you a Dermatologist with the desire to work in a small clinic environment that revels in patients care? Twin Ports Dermatology is looking a self-motivated, hard-working, dependable Dermatologist for a busy, growing, high-volume locally owned and operated private practice in Duluth, MN. The candidate must exhibit excellent medical, communication, and customer service skills, with a passion for patient care. Applicant must have good problem solving and analytical skills. Ideally, the candidate should have a current Minnesota licensure or the ability to obtain one.
Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Triage
FTE 1.0
Monday-Friday, 40 hrs/wk
- Collaborate with Providers, RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and support staff to provide quality patient care in an ambulatory team setting.
- Assist patients with clinical concerns, medication refills, prior authorizations and appeals, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
- Communicate with patients regularly over the phone and via patient portal messages.
- Perform procedures including blood draws, suture removal and wound care, patch testing for allergens, Xtrac laser treatment for atopic dermatitis, psoriasis and vitiligo.
- Room patients, including review and update of patient information, medications, allergies, etc.
Accurately document office visit and provide patient education through the review of their after-visit summary and plan of care. - Assisting Providers in patient procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Registered Nurse with current license to practice in the state of Minnesota or seeking Minnesota licensure through reciprocity.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within three months from the date of hire.
- Two or more years of recent clinical experience in a physician office, home health, critical care, and/or emergency room.
- Demonstrated success in providing quality care to patients.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Acute attention to detail at work.
- Competent computer skills with the willingness to learn clinic-specific systems.
- RN experience in Dermatology or ambulatory care setting preferred.

Graphic Design Internship
Job Description
The Twin Ports Dermatology team is seeking a creative and self-motivated intern. The intern will work closely with the Twin Ports Dermatology team. They will be responsible for graphic design needs including customer POP signage, digital creations, social graphic requests, assisting in scheduling emails, and other graphic design tasks that will support various projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with digital media and various marketing tasks and take part in creative marketing meetings for email marketing campaigns, collaboration opportunities, signage needs, social and website banners, and potential new product development.
- Assist Twin Ports Dermatology team with any other marketing needs discussed.
Requirements
- College juniors or seniors preferred
- Seeking degree in marketing, graphic design, and/or photography related fields
- Interest and experience in graphic design (must provide portfolio of work)
- Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
- Proficient with Mac OS.
- Independent and self-motivated

Job Description
The Twin Ports Dermatology marketing team is seeking a creative and energetic intern. This internship will provide knowledge and understanding of the inner workings of the marketing department. The intern will work closely with the in-house marketing team. He/she will be responsible for photo-shoots, including both studio and lifestyle photography that will support various marketing projects.
Responsibilities
- Studio photography.
- Photo-shopping products for the website.
- Assist with lifestyle photography shoots, on-location photoshoots of the team and location, digital media and various marketing tasks and take part in creative marketing meetings for email marketing campaigns, collaboration opportunities and new product development.
- Assist the Twin Ports Dermatology team with any other marketing needs discussed.
