Carley is the Front Desk Supervisor here at Twin Ports Dermatology. She loves to spend time outdoors with her awesome family and friends. Carley started working with Twin Ports Dermatology after following them on social media since high school and has been impressed with the care and services offered! She has always been intrigued by the dermatology field. Carley saw a post on Twin Ports Dermatology that our company was hiring for a front desk coordinator. She was looking for a career change, so she applied and was offered the job! She recently celebrated two years of working with Twin Ports Dermatology.

Growing up, Carley, like many women, loved experimenting with skincare and trying new things in the beauty industry. Carley’s job at Twin Ports Dermatology taught her that there is so much more to skin health than a great skincare regimen. Our skin is the biggest organ, so taking good care of it is important!

The group of women that works at Twin Ports Dermatology is Carley’s favorite part about working here. Everyone who works here is so close and gets along so well. Every day is fun when you work with people as she does! Although she does spend a bit more time on the back end of the business these days, checking patients in and out is her favorite part of her job.
She loves creating small talk with patients and easing their nerves about a procedure they may be worrying about. Creating those small relationships is unmatched; a few patients still come in for their annual appointments and remember Carley occasionally!

Working at the front desk of a medical facility is an important job. You are a patient’s first immediate impression when they walk through our door. You can ask anyone on Carley’s team; she always preaches this: we strive to provide a positive, comfortable check-in experience for our patients, and she is very confident that we meet that expectation every day!
The Advanced Smoothing Pads are Carley’s favorite product that we carry! They are easy to use, one to two times a week, which gives you a result of a high-end treatment! Carley’s favorite injectable is Dysport! It smooths out her forehead and leaves her looking bright and refreshed. It also helps with her oily skin!
Picking a favorite cosmetic service at Twin Ports Dermatology was tough for Carley because she truly loves them all! But she decided that her favorite would be our DiamondGlow. This service is like a facial but does so much more, like simultaneously exfoliating, extracting, and infusing the skin! This is a great service if you want a deep clean for your skin to look perfect for a big event!
Carley says there is so much to be excited about for the future of Twin Ports Dermatology. There is a huge demand for dermatology, and we are growing more and more every day!
