How Does Qwo® Cellulite Treatment Work?
This injectable treatment contains 2 types of collagen degrading enzymes that eat away at the fibrous bands connecting skin to muscle. These enzymes target types 1 and 3 collagen. As it gradually dissolves these tethers (fibrous septae), it allows the skin to float up and smooth out, eliminating the dimpled look of cellulite.

Am I A Good Candidate For Qwo® Cellulite Treatment?
If you are a woman in good physical health and have cellulite, you are a good candidate for this treatment. It is important that you are not allergic to collagenase or have any type of infection in the treatment area to ensure your success with Qwo®.
How Long Does A Typical Treatment Take?
Qwo® Cellulite Treatments are relatively short treatments that can take place in 30 minutes. No numbing or anesthesia is necessary. The areas to be treated are marked out with a pen and then the injections are delivered. Patients typically need 3 rounds of treatments spaced 21 days apart.
What Results Will I See?*
Within 3 weeks of Qwo® treatments, patients will see visibly smoother skin and significantly less dimpling from cellulite. The results can last a year or more.
Is There Any Downtime?
There is no downtime following Qwo® treatments. Patients may experience mild tenderness and swelling at the injection sites, but normal daily activities can be resumed immediately following the treatments.
