Amy Larson is a Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner with specialized training in Dermatology. Amy is 1 of 8 Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioners in the State of MN; this certification is awarded to those who have acquired specialized knowledge in dermatology and demonstrate proficiency through a written exam. Amy is a member of the Dermatology Nurses Association and the Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners.
She graduated with her Bachelor of Science Degree from The College of St. Scholastica in 2013. She then received her Master of Science Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Simmons University in 2018, graduating with high honors Sigma Theta Tau.
Amy has always had a passion for skincare and completed her last clinical rotation at Twin Ports Dermatology. She then went on to do further extensive training in dermatology after graduation and is qualified to perform a wide array of medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology.
In her spare time, you can find Amy enjoying time with her family and friends, reading, and traveling. Fun fact- Amy served in the United States Navy as a Registered Nurse for nine years!

Favorite Skin Care Tip: Moisturize daily with an SPF of 30 or higher for the face. I love a good tinted moisturizer with an added SPF!
